Guest use and product accounts

You can use available local editing features as a guest. Server-owned or account-owned actions may require a Ro Thumbnail account created through an enabled sign-in method. Keep access to your email or Google account and device secure, do not share a product session, and notify support if you believe an account has been compromised. A Roblox account connection is optional and is separate from your Ro Thumbnail account.

Your source material and instructions

You may submit only images, models, text, and other material that you own or have permission to use for this purpose. Public availability, including a public Roblox preview, does not by itself grant copyright, trademark, likeness, model, or redistribution rights. You remain responsible for the sources you select and the instructions you provide.

AI output is a draft

Generated output can alter an Avatar, invent accessories, misstate rewards, create impossible gameplay, or resemble protected material. Model and quality checks do not certify ownership, accuracy, safety, or platform compliance. Review and edit the output before publishing it.

Honest thumbnails and acceptable use

Do not use the service to impersonate another creator, misrepresent an experience, advertise unavailable rewards, conceal sponsorship, or produce illegal, abusive, sexually exploitative, hateful, or privacy-invasive material. A thumbnail should represent an action, setting, character, or reward that a player can actually encounter. The Acceptable Use Policy lists prohibited content and applies to prompts, references, generated drafts, edits, shares, and exports.

Shared links

Creating a share link uploads a project copy to the service. Anyone with the link may be able to open and copy that project, including its embedded references and generated images. Do not put confidential information in a shared project. Use the available revoke or deletion control when you no longer want the link to work.

Third-party services

Google sign-in, Cloudflare email and hosting, Roblox lookups, and optional Roblox account connections are governed by the relevant provider’s terms and policies. The configured image engine is Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (Bailian) using wan2.7-image. When automatic generation is enabled, Waffo Prompt Sift checks text prompts before generation; Waffo Pancake provides hosted checkout and merchant-of-record services when paid access is enabled. Ro Thumbnail does not grant rights to third-party services, technology, trademarks, or content.

AI credits and paid access

AI credits measure generation and refinement work inside this service; they are not cash, stored value, or transferable property. The price and credit amount shown immediately before checkout control the purchase. A subscription renews for its displayed period until canceled through the available billing controls. Ending a subscription stops future monthly grants after the paid entitlement ends; it does not erase valid credits already granted unless a refund, chargeback, fraud review, or these terms requires reversal. Credit packs expire on the date shown before purchase.

Free AI trials depend on region and account eligibility. The standard policy does not issue or spend free AI credits in India, while paid credits and tools that do not call an AI provider remain available. Failed or canceled provider work releases unused reserved credits; successful output consumes the displayed action cost even when the result still needs creative revision.

If paid access is enabled, contact support with the relevant order information to request a refund. Eligibility, timing, and whether a full or partial refund is available depend on applicable law, the terms displayed at checkout, and the payment method’s capabilities. An unused credit balance does not by itself confirm refund eligibility. A failed generation releases reserved credits and is not a cash refund. Credits are reversed only after the payment provider confirms a successful refund; partial, used, or ambiguous refunds require manual review.

Prompt screening, moderation, and removal

When automatic generation is enabled, an image-generation request’s text prompt must receive an allow decision from Waffo Prompt Sift before it reaches the configured AI engine. A review, block, rate limit, service degradation, missing configuration, or audit-storage failure stops generation. Prompt Sift does not inspect reference images or generated output and does not certify that a generated image is lawful, accurate, safe, or acceptable for Roblox.

The service may block generation, disable a shared link, remove hosted material, reverse related credits, or restrict access when content appears unlawful, abusive, infringing, unsafe, or inconsistent with these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Send moderation reports, appeals, and rights complaints to support@thumbnail-maker.net with the relevant public URL or moderation request ID and enough context for review.

Account deletion

You may use the available authenticated deletion control or contact support. A deletion request immediately disables access, revokes product sessions, removes account-owned generated AI files/jobs and credits, and clears the stored Roblox connection. Scheduled cleanup finalizes user and identity removal after the deployment’s configured operational grace period: 30 minutes in the standard deployment and five minutes in the isolated test deployment. A deletion tombstone prevents delayed payment events from recreating credits. It does not automatically remove local browser data, exports, recipients’ copies, separately revocable share links, or third-party provider records. Billing webhook receipts may retain an opaque former account identifier for reconciliation, and payment, tax, fraud-prevention, or security records may be retained or de-identified when required. Review the deletion explanation before confirming the action.

Service boundary

The tool is provided to assist creative work. Availability, provider responses, output quality, and compatibility with every Avatar or GLB rig are not guaranteed. Keep a copy of exported work you need. No public billing or credit purchase is offered by this source build unless a deployed service separately displays a price and purchase terms before checkout.
