RO THUMBNAIL / ACCEPTABLE USE

Create honest thumbnails that are safe to share.

Effective October 9, 2026. This policy applies to prompts, source images, references, generated drafts, edits, hosted shares, and exports submitted to or created with Ro Thumbnail.

Sexual and adult content

Do not request, upload, generate, edit, or share pornography, explicit sexual content, fetish content, nudity intended for sexual display, sexual services, or non-consensual sexual material. Do not use the service for undressing transformations or sexualized edits of a real or depicted person.

Child safety

Child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, exploitation, or any attempt to make a person appear underage in sexual content is prohibited. Do not download, copy, or redistribute suspected child sexual abuse material to report it. Report the relevant request or public link to support and to the appropriate authority for your location.

Violence and graphic injury

Do not create graphic gore, dismemberment, torture, sexual violence, or content that celebrates real-world violent harm. Ordinary non-graphic game action may be allowed when it remains truthful to the experience and suitable for the intended audience and platform.

Hate, harassment, and abuse

Do not attack, degrade, threaten, or exclude people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or another protected characteristic. Targeted harassment, credible threats, and content that praises extremist violence are prohibited.

Impersonation and deceptive media

Do not create face swaps, deepfakes, deceptive likenesses, or false endorsements involving a real person. Do not impersonate another creator, studio, brand, or public figure. Do not present generated material as an authentic screenshot, reward, character, event, or gameplay mechanic when the source brief and authorized references do not support it.

Copyright, trademark, privacy, and source rights

Use only material you own or have permission to use for this purpose. Do not remove watermarks, reproduce protected logos or artwork without permission, misuse Roblox or third-party marks, expose private information, or violate publicity, likeness, confidentiality, copyright, or trademark rights. Public availability does not by itself grant reuse or AI-processing rights.

Illegal, fraudulent, and harmful activity

Do not use the service for fraud, phishing, malware, evasion of another service’s safeguards, illegal goods or services, instructions for serious wrongdoing, or content that facilitates self-harm. Do not probe, bypass, or overload Ro Thumbnail’s access, safety, credit, payment, or rate-limit controls.

How enforcement works

When automatic generation is enabled, text prompts must receive an allow decision from Waffo Prompt Sift before the configured image model is called. A review, block, rate limit, service degradation, missing configuration, or audit-storage failure stops generation. Prompt Sift does not inspect reference images or generated output. Automated prompt screening is one control and does not approve the final image. Ro Thumbnail may also investigate reports, restrict an account, disable a share, remove hosted material, or reverse related credits when this policy is violated.

Report content or appeal a decision

Email support@thumbnail-maker.net with the public share URL, application request ID, or moderation request ID and a short explanation. Rights holders should identify the protected work, the challenged material, and the basis for the claim. Do not email passwords, one-time codes, cookies, API keys, OAuth tokens, private reference files, or share-deletion tokens.
